The “Cow’s Face Pose” moo, moo … this practice is very helpful for inducing relaxation. Sitting in this position for at least ten minutes helps to greatly ease away tension. According to yoga tradition, this posture is also helpful in relieving diabetes and high blood pressure. You will also benefit from a reduction in back, shoulder, neck and hip stiffness 🙂
