Monika Kracalova – Melbourne Yoga Teacher

Monika began her yoga journey in 2005 while visiting New Zealand.

Then back in Australia tried all sorts of yoga styles from Bikram, Iyengar, Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

After suffering a work-related back injury she turned to yoga to help with her rehabilitation.

With years of practicing yoga and meditation Monika completed her Diploma with Australian Yoga Academy, Sivasoorya (India) and Zenergy Kids yoga.

Monika teaches Vinyasa flow, Hatha style and prenatal yoga classes designed to energise, invigorate and balance the mind, body and soul always adapting to her students individual needs.

She pays particular attention to alignment of the body, but never forgets the importance of having fun and practicing with a smile.

Monika continues to develop her knowledge through yoga and meditation workshops and also follows macrobiotic way of life.

Yoga is a powerful way of looking within ourselves and rediscovering simple things in life that make us happy.
